If you are not using keyboard shortcuts, you are not using Photoshop efficiently. You can be a perfect designer, but it doesn’t help much if you are not completing your tasks on time. Shortcuts are excellent timesavers. It takes time to memorize them, but once you do you will start utilizing you left hand (or the right) effectively and gradually get faster.

In order to help you shorten this memorizing process, I prepared two PDF documents that lists the keyboard shortcuts for Photoshop CS, one for Mac and other for Windows versions. You can print out and fix it to an easily accessible place. Day by day you will get familiar to shortcuts and eventually my document will end up its life in your trash can while you halve your design time.
